Stacey has over 15 years of industry experience, most recently as a business development manager at Coventry Building Society, and previously served as a financial adviser for five years.
Her new role will involve working alongside both mainstream and specialist lenders on future innovations in the new-build and first-time buyer sector.

Jane Benjamin, director of mortgages for Sesame and PMS, said: “Our group is already very active in this sector, but we want to invest and grow this further.
“The creation of this new role reflects the importance of new build for advisers and the growth opportunities ahead.
“Our group has enhanced its support in the later life lending market, and we’re now complementing this at the other end of the spectrum.
“We’re opening up more opportunities for members to support first-time buyers and assist with intergenerational lending, so that all age groups and customers are looked after.”
